Her greatest triumph to date is her friendship with Sophie, a dour-looking, tart-tongued girl who matches Frances’s sense of humour quip for quip. And so in her gawky, self-aware way, Frances opens her heart to love. Directed by Noah Baumbach (Greenberg, Margot at the Wedding, The Squid and the Whale) and co-written by him and Gerwig.
Festival reviews have set my expectations rather high, but it looks very nice.

With a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk leads a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture a one man weapon of mass destruction. The whole crew returns, new to the cast, besides Cumberbatch, are Alice Eve and Peter Weller.

Movie will have a DVD release next month in Germany which indicates to better set expectations not too high.
