Goosebumps     US HD720p 30MB    UK HD720p 31MB
Trailers from the US and UK for this bigscreen adaptation based on the young adult horror anthology book series. Upset about moving from a big city to a small town with his mom (Amy Ryan), Zach (Dylan Minnette) finds a silver lining when he meets his new neighbour Hannah (Odeya Rush). But every silver lining has a cloud, and Zach's comes when he learns that Hannah has a mysterious dad who is revealed to be R. L. Stine (Jack Black), the author of the bestselling Goosebumps series. It turns out that there is a reason why Stine is so strange. He is a prisoner of his own imagination – the monsters that his books made famous are real, and Stine protects his readers by keeping them locked up in their books. When Zach unintentionally unleashes the monsters from their manuscripts and they begin to terrorise the town, it's suddenly up to them to get all of them back in the books where they belong. Directed by Rob Letterman (Gulliver's Travels, Monsters vs. Aliens, Shark Tale).

The Finest Hours     HD720p 54MB
Disney produced action-thriller based on the events of February 18, 1952, when a massive nor'easter struck New England, wreaking havoc on the ships caught in its deadly path, including an oil tanker, which was literally ripped in half, trapping more than 30 sailors inside its rapidly-sinking stern. As the senior officer on board, the first assistant engineer (Casey Affleck) soon realises it is up to him to take charge of the frightened crew and inspire them to work together to ride out the storm. Meanwhile, as word of the disaster reaches the U.S. Coast Guard station in Chatham, Warrant Officer Daniel Cluff (Eric Bana) orders a daring operation to rescue the stranded men led by a Coast Guard Captain (Chris Pine). Holliday Grainger and Ben Foster are also part of the cast. Directed by Craig Gillespie (Million Dollar Arm, Fright Night, Mr. Woodcock).
Since it is a Disney movie, it is all very heroic. But, surprisingly, after some release date shuffling, only heroic enough for a January release in the US.

Queen of the Desert     Tlr1 HD720p 35MB    Tlr2 HD640p 17MB
Two trailers from Europe for this biographical drama that tells the story of Gertrude Bell (Nicole Kidman) who, as historian, novelist and member of the British secret service, played a decisive role around 1920 in setting the course for the new political order in the Middle East. As an educated young woman, for whom no suitable husband can be found in England, she journeys to Tehran. After a tragic love affair with a diplomat and inveterate gambler (James Franco) Henry Cadogan, she decides to give up on her private life and discover the region as an explorer. Before the backdrop of the disintegration of the Ottoman Empire she learns languages, translates literature, meets with Muslim dignitaries in Cairo, Basra and Baghdad and earns their trust through her pluck and respect. Damian Lewis and Robert Pattinson are also part of the cast, the latter playing T.E. Lawrence, the one of Arabia. Written and directed by Werner Herzog (Fitzcarraldo, The Bad Lieutenant, Cave of Forgotten Dreams).
Pleased to see that Herzog was able to work with such a high-profile cast. But I fear that Franco and Pattison are out of their depth.

Jenny's Wedding     HD720p 13MB
Romantic drama in which a woman (Katherine Heigl) is getting married. But how will her straight-laced family (Tom Wilkinson, Linda Emond) react when they find out that the woman they thought was their daughter's roommate (Alexis Bledel) is actually her fiancée? As the old-fashioned Farrells attempt to come to terms with the prospect of a surprise daughter-in-law, they face a difficult choice: either adapt with the times or risk being left behind. Grace Gummer is also part of the cast.
I think I would like it better if Bledel were a bit more lively.

Hitman: Agent 47     HD720p 61MB
Another long, full trailer that probably reveals too much for this video game action movie tie-in franchise reboot that centres on an elite assassin (Rupert Friend) who was genetically engineered from conception to be the perfect killing machine, and is known only by the last two digits on the barcode tattooed on the back of his neck. His latest target is a mega-corporation that plans to unlock the secret of Agent 47's past to create an army of killers whose powers surpass even his own. Zachary Quinto, Ciarán Hinds, Thomas Kretschmann and Hannah Ware are also part of the cast.
