First trailer for this sci-fi, action adventure directed by Steven Spielberg (Jurassic Park, War of the Worlds, Minority Report) based on the novel from Ernest Cline. Set in 2045, with the world on the brink of chaos and collapse. But the people have found salvation in the OASIS, an expansive virtual reality universe created by the brilliant and eccentric James Halliday (Mark Rylance). When he dies, he leaves his immense fortune to the first person to find a digital Easter egg he has hidden somewhere in the OASIS, sparking a contest that grips the entire world. When an unlikely young hero (Tye Sheridan) decides to join the contest, he is hurled into a breakneck, reality-bending treasure hunt through a fantastical universe of mystery, discovery and danger. Olivia Cooke, Ben Mendelsohn, Simon Pegg, Hannah John-Kamen and T.J. Miller are also part of the cast.
The novel gets described as "The Holy Grail of Pop Culture". Ok. A second trailer may change that, but the only thing I'm excited about so far is the trailer's use of Rush's Tom Sawyer.

Janet (Kristin Scott Thomas) is hosting an intimate gathering of friends to celebrate her promotion to Shadow Minister of Health in the party of opposition. Her husband Bill (Timothy Spall) seems preoccupied. As their friends (Patricia Clarkson, Bruno Ganz, Emily Mortimer, Cillian Murphy, Cherry Jones) arrive, some of whom have their own dramatic news to share, the soirée gradually unravels. An announcement by Bill provokes a series of revelations that rapidly escalate into all-out confrontation. Written and directed by Sally Potter (Orlando, Yes, Ginger & Rosa).
Probably the closest we'll ever get to seeing all those wonderful actors perform on a stage.

Set amidst the colorful backdrop of mid-20th century New York City, the movie follows a young Salinger (Nicholas Hoult) as he struggles to find his voice, pursues a love affair with famed socialite Oona O'Neill (Zoey Deutch), and fights on the frontlines of World War II. It's these experiences that will inform the creation of his masterpiece, The Catcher in the Rye, bringing him overnight fame (and notoriety) and leading him to withdraw from the public eye for the rest of his life. Kevin Spacey, Sarah Paulson, Hope Davis Lucy Boynton and Victor Garber are also part of the cast.

Noomi Rapace, Edgar Ramírez, Lucy Fry, Margaret Cho and Ike Barinholtz are also part of the cast. Directed by David Ayer (Suicide Squad, Fury, Harsh Times).
When first reading that this will premiere on Netflix in December there was some slight disbelief. But after seeing the trailer I tend to think it's the right venue.

Comic-Con trailer for another animated movie made to promote the Lego brand. The battle for Ninjago City calls to action young Master Builder Lloyd (Dave Franco), aka the Green Ninja, along with his friends, who are all secret ninja warriors. Led by Master Wu (Jackie Chan), as wise-cracking as he is wise, they must defeat evil warlord Garmadon (Justin Theroux), The Worst Guy Ever, who also happens to be Lloyd’s dad. Pitting mech against mech and father against son, the epic showdown will test this fierce but undisciplined team of modern-day ninjas who must learn to check their egos and pull together to unleash their inner power of Spinjitzu.
I hope it makes more sense for the people who are familiar with the animated series on the Cartoon Network on which this is allegedly based on.
