We return to the magical Greek island of Kalokairi from where there will be a flashback to when Donna (Meryl Streep) was pregnant with a baby Sophie. And fans will get the chance to see how a young Donna (Lily James) first met and fell in love with Sophie's three potential dads, Sam (Jeremy Irvine/Pierce Brosnan), Bill (Josh Dylan/Stellan Skarsgård) and Harry (Hugh Skinner/Colin Firth). Julie Walters, Dominic Cooper, Amanda Seyfried and Christine Barankski also return. Written and directed by Ol Parker (Imagine Me & You, Now Is Good).
I fear the trailer at the end spoils the only meaningful "surprising" moment of the film.

Ted was, at the time, the family's last hope to carry their name and ambitions into the upper echelons of US politics. Kennedy patriarch Joe (Bruce Dern), however, always considered his youngest son a ne'er-do-well. The party on Chappaquiddick reunited the "Boiler Room Girls" who had served on Robert Kennedy's 1968 presidential campaign, among them Mary Jo. Ted whisks her away for a reckless moonlight drive that ends in tragedy. Ed Helms, Jim Gaffigan and Olivia Thirlby are also part of the cast. Directed by John Curran (The Painted Veil, Stone, Tracks).
Clarke's performance received good festival reviews, but I suspect there won't be a big demand for a drama like this in the current political climate.

Ben starts to realize that everything is amazingly and incredibly connected - and that the world might just be more inexplicable than he ever imagined.
Looks pleasantly weird. Festival reviews have been very divided. For some it has been too 'twee'.
