Long Shot HD1080p 34MB
When Fred Flarsky (Seth Rogen) reunites with his first crush who also happens to be the current US Secretary of State, Charlotte Field (Charlize Theron), he charms her with his self-deprecating humor and his memories of her youthful idealism. As she prepares to make a surprise run for the Oval Office, Charlotte hires Fred to punch up her campaign speeches and their unmistakable chemistry leads to a round-the-world affair. O'Shea Jackson Jr., June Diane Raphael, Bob Odenkirk and Randall Park are also part of the cast. Directed by Jonathan Levine (50/50, The Night Before, Warm Bodies).
Looks pretty funny, I only hope there will still be any funny scenes left that aren't already in the trailer.
Rocketman HD720p 92MB
Full trailer for this musical based on a true fantasy. It tells the uncensored human story of Sir Elton John's (Taron Egerton) breakthrough years, starting as a prodigy at the Royal Academy of Music through his influential and enduring musical partnership with Bernie Taupin (Jamie Bell). Richard Madden, Gemma Jones, Bryce Dallas Howard and Steven Mackintosh are also part of the cast. Directed by Dexter Fletcher (Bohemian Rhapsody, Eddie the Eagle, Sunshine on Leith).
Looks more serious than I expected.
Frozen 2 HD720p 70MB
First, dialogue-free teaser for the animated sequel, to be in theatres in November. Not much is known about the plot. A summary reads: Elsa (Idina Menzel), Anna (Kristen Bell), Kristoff (Jonathan Groff) and Olaf (Josh Gad) are going far in the forest to know the truth about an ancient mystery of their kingdom. And dare I speculate, there will again be singing. Again directed by Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck.
The Souvenir HD720p 92MB
Romantic drama about a shy but ambitious film student (Honor Swinton Byrne) who begins to find her voice as an artist while navigating a turbulent courtship with a charismatic but untrustworthy man (Tom Burke). She defies her protective mother (Tilda Swinton) and concerned friends as she slips deeper and deeper into an intense, emotionally fraught relationship that comes dangerously close to destroying her dreams. Richard Ayoade has a short, but memorable appearance. Written and directed by Joanna Hogg (Archipelago, Exhibition).
Just from watching the trailer, it is a bit difficult to see the movie's appeal. But it won one of the big prizes last month in Sundance, and received overwhelming positive reviews. There will also be a sequel.
Apollo 11 HD720p 68MB
Documentary crafted from a newly discovered trove of 65MM footage, and more than 11,000 hours of uncatalogued audio recordings, the doc takes us straight to the heart of NASA's most celebrated mission - the one that first put men on the moon, and forever made Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin into household names.
The recent First Man made me again aware what an utterly insane undertaking the first moon landing was. This doc looks like a very good addition to that theme.
