Extended trailer for the ninth instalment of the supernatural family entertainment franchise in which characters regularly return from the dead. Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel) is leading a quiet life off the grid with Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) and his son but they know that danger always lurks just over their peaceful horizon. This time, that threat will force Dom to confront the sins of his past if he's going to save those he loves most. His crew joins together to stop a world-shattering plot led by the most skilled assassin and high-performance driver they've ever encountered: a man who also happens to be Dom's forsaken brother (John Cena). Many regulars return, including Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, Helen Mirren and Charlize Theron. So is Sung Kang as Han Lue. Justin Lin (Star Trek Beyond, Fast & Furious 3-6, Annapolis) returns to direct.

Historical thriller drama, set on the eve of world WWII, that sees Hitler’s rise to power and Stalin’s Soviet propaganda machine pushing their “utopia” to the Western world. An ambitious young journalist (James Norton) travels to Moscow to uncover the truth behind the propaganda. Hearing murmurs of government-induced famine, he travels clandestinely to Ukraine, where he witnesses the atrocities of man-made starvation. Deported back to London, he publishes an article revealing the horrors he witnessed but is accused of being a liar by those who have an interest in silencing him. As the death count mounts, he has to fight for the truth. Vanessa Kirby and Peter Sarsgaard are also part of the cast. Directed by Agnieszka Holland (The Secret Garden, In Darkness, Europa Europa).
The events would later inspire George Orwell's seminal book Animal Farm. An earlier, longer European trailer.

When a gift impulsively stirs her curiosity about her family history, unexpected and strange dreams begin to disturb her. As these visions seep into her waking moments, Sarah struggles to hold on to her fragile reality. Molly Shannon and Paul Reiser are also part of the cast. Directed by Jeff Baena (Life After Beth, The Little Hours, Joshy).
Sundance reviews indicate the the movie is difficult to categorise, but praise Brie's performance who also co-wrote the script with Baena. Will start streaming on Netflix February 7th. Trailer without German subtitles.

I understand that they deliberately try to be over-the-top, but they still always reach a point where it goes for me from "fun ridiculous" to being "dumb ridiculous". :)
