Last Night in Soho     HD720p 95MB
First, (almost) music-only trailer set to "Downtown" interpreted by Anya Taylor-Joy, for this psychological thriller about a young girl (Thomasin McKenzie), passionate in fashion design, who is mysteriously able to enter the 1960s where she encounters her idol, a dazzling wannabe singer (Taylor-Joy). But 1960s London is not what it appears, and time seems to fall apart with shady consequences. Matt Smith, Diana Rigg, Rita Tushingham and Terence Stamp are also part of the cast. Directed by Edgar Wright (Hot Fuzz, Shaun of the Dead, Baby Driver).
Looks like the first movie by Wright that won't make us laugh.

Old     HD720p 110MB
Full trailer for the latest mystery thriller directed by M. Night Shyamalan (The Sixth Sense, The Visit, After Earth). It's about a family (Gael Garcia Bernal, Vicky Krieps) on a tropical holiday who discover that the secluded beach where they are relaxing for a few hours is somehow causing them to age rapidly ... reducing their entire lives to a single day. Rufus Sewell, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Abbey Lee, Embeth Davidtz, Eliza Scanlen and Thomasin McKenzie are also part of the cast.

Werewolves Within     HD720p 38MB
Indie "horror" comedy. After a proposed pipeline creates divisions within the small town of Beaverfield, and a snowstorm traps its residents together inside the local inn, newly arrived forest ranger Finn (Sam Richardson) and postal worker Cecily (Milana Vayntrub) must try to keep the peace and uncover the truth behind a mysterious creature that has begun terrorizing the community. Among the better known cast members are Michaela Watkins and Michael Chernus.
Despite the fact that this is apparently based on a video game, this still looks quite fun.

The Tomorrow War     HD720p 53MB
Sci-fi action movie in which the world is stunned when a group of time travelers arrive from the year 2051 to deliver an urgent message: Thirty years in the future mankind is losing a global war against a deadly alien species. The only hope for survival is for soldiers and civilians from the present to be transported to the future and join the fight. Among those recruited is high school teacher and family man Dan Forester (Chris Pratt). Determined to save the world for his young daughter, he teams up with a brilliant scientist (Yvonne Strahovski) and his estranged father (J.K. Simmons) in a desperate quest to rewrite the fate of the planet. Directed by Chris McKay (The Lego Batman Movie).
Will start streaming on Amazon Prime July 2nd.

Infinite     HD720p 37MB
First trailer for this sci-fi action movie that follows a self-medicated man (Mark Wahlberg) diagnosed as schizophrenic because he's plagued by memories of places he's never visited. But just as he's on the verge of a mental breakdown, he's visited by the Infinites, a secret society who informs him that not only are his memories real, but they are from all his past lives. Also part of the cast are Chiwetel Ejiofor, Sophie Cookson, Jason Mantzoukas, Rupert Friend, Liz Carr, with Toby Jones and Dylan O'Brien. Directed by Antoine Fuqua (Shooter, The Magnificent Seven, Training Day).
Will be available on ... Paramount+ starting June 10th.

(Hi. Just browsing through my Network page)

Heh. The title of your post reads like some kind of bizarre but evocative poetry. *g*

Last Night In Soho looks amazing. Although that could just be the trailer, I have some faith in Wright.

Old looks like a competently made claustrophobic horror story. Shyamalan may even pull it off!

Werewolves Within looks like a ton of fun, and if I can find a way to watch it when the kids aren't about...

Tomorrow War looks shiny but not actually very good. A war movie with aliens that's rated PG doesn't fill me with confidence.

Infinite is a nice idea, but Mark Wahlberg puts me off somewhat.

Is this kind of thing useful? Or do you prefer to just find them yourself?

(Either is fine by me, just don't want to be sending you things if it's not helpful.)

Aha! Forgot to reply to this!

I post things to Pinboard. You can see them at https://pinboard.in/u:andrewducker - and I tend to post them with either the Firefox addon or the Android app. (This used to be on Del.icio.us, but that shut down/went bust).

From there they go to my Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/AndyDuckersLinks) or Twitter (https://twitter.com/andrewducker). Once a day at midday a small PowerShell script I wrote posts them to Dreamwidth (which then crossposts to Livejournal). And from *there* another script posts the link to my Facebook Page, and I then manually crosspost it to my personal Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TheAndrewDucker).

I pick stuff up from a bunch of RSS feeds (through Feedly, which does all of the stuff I used to use Google Reader for), Twitter, Facebook, friends posting cool stuff on here, and occasionally people messaging me directly.

I think that covers everything, but if not just ask!
