At the centre of the movie is the story of Patrizia Reggiani (Lady Gaga), who was tried and convicted of orchestrating the assassination of her ex-husband and former head of the Gucci fashion house Maurizio Gucci (Adam Driver). Al Pacino, Jared Leto, Salma Hayek, Camille Cottin, Jack Huston and Jeremy Irons are also part of the cast.

My first reaction was to wonder if there shouldn't be a biopic that focuses on the two sisters, instead one about the father. But I admit that I know nothing about Richard Williams.

Tiffany Haddish, Tye Sheridan and Willem Dafoe are also part of the cast.
Will take part in the official competition in Venice in September. The official festival lineup was released earlier this week.

David Thewlis and Kerry Fox are also part of the cast, Lily James has a cameo. Piper also wrote the script and directed.
Depressing. But also often very, very funny.

When a single mom and her two kids arrive in a small town, they begin to discover their connection to the original ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind. Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace and Paul Rudd are part of the cast. Members of the original movie are expected to make cameo appearances. Directed by Jason Reitman (Juno, Up in the Air, Tully), son of Ivan Reitman, director of the first two films.
Still a strong emphasis on kids and the "scary" aspects, and not on humour.

House of Gucci looks incredibly entertaining. As does The Last Duel. Clearly Ridley Scott has a thing for Adam Driver at the moment!

House of Gucci: I originally had no interest in the movie. But the trailer changed my mind. The decadence, the mafia look. I keep wondering what of it is meant seriously and what is over-the-top parody. And how much of it is intentional. I really want to find out.
