The mission takes them to Paris, London and Moscow. Mary-Louise Parker also returns, new to the cast are Anthony Hopkins, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Byung-hun Lee and David Thewlis. Looks just as fun as the first one. If the links don't hold, you can watch it online here.
The Iceman HD480p 27MB HD720p 53MB
Second trailer for this dark crime thriller that tells the true story of Richard Kuklinski who is believed to have killed 100 people between 1964 and 1986. Kuklinski (Michael Shannon) and his wife (Winona Ryder) appear to have a model American life, living with their three children in an idyllic suburban ranch house with a big lawn on a quiet street. But unbeknownst to her and the kids, when he goes off to work in the morning he is carrying out executions at the behest of the Gambino crime family, employing a wide variety of deadly methods (guns, knives, explosives, strangling, poisonings) that make it difficult to trace all the fatalities to a single killer. The movie traces the development of Kuklinski's career, chronicling his friendship with a Gambino soldato (Ray Liotta), his mentorship under assassin Robert "Mister Softee" Pronge (Chris Evans, try to spot him), and his troubled relationship with his brother (Stephen Dorff). James Franco and David Schwimmer round up the cast.
The Gatekeepers HD480p 38MB HD720p 69MB
One of the five Oscar nominated documentaries which interviews six former directors of Shin Bet - Israel's feared internal security organisation - who describe in chilling detail how they used intelligence operatives and informants, interrogators and assassins to enable Israel to control a large and often hostile population of occupied people, fighting those who take up arms - or suicide bombs - against it. And tell how their bosses, Israel's elected leaders, led the Jewish state into a deadly quagmire of unending occupation and perpetual conflict.
Spring Breakers US HD720p 55MB France HD720p 19MB
Crime drama about four sexy college girls (Selena Gomez, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Benson, Rachel Korine) who plan to fund their spring break getaway by burglarising a fast food shack. But that's only the beginning. At a motel room rager, fun reaches its legal limit and the girls are arrested and taken to jail. Hungover and clad only in bikinis, the girls appear before a judge but are bailed out unexpectedly by Alien (James Franco), an infamous local thug who takes them under his wing and leads them on the wildest Spring Break trip in history. Written and directed by Harmony Korine (Mister Lonely, Trash Humpers).
Hard to say who's exploiting who here but I guess it's best not to overthink this. Movie did take part in the official competition last year in Venice. You can choose between the US trailer and the version from France.
Emperor HD480p 26MB HD720p 52MB
War drama that brings to life the American occupation of Japan in the perilous and unpredictable days just after Emperor Hirohito's World War II surrender. As General Douglas MacArthur (Tommy Lee Jones) suddenly finds himself the de facto ruler of a foreign nation, he assigns an expert in Japanese culture - General Bonner Fellers (Matthew Fox), to covertly investigate the looming question hanging over the country: should the Japanese Emperor, worshiped by his people but accused of war crimes, be punished or saved? But Feller is also haunted by a love affair with Aya (Eriko Hatsune), a Japanese exchange student he met some years before. Directed by Peter Webber (Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hannibal Rising).
It doesn't look as if the movie does justice to the seriousness of the topic. But Jones seems to at least have some fun with his role.
