Elysium     HD480p 22MB   HD720p 79MB   HD1080p 96MB
Extended full trailer for the second movie written and directed by Neill Blomkamp (District 9). It is set in the year 2154, where two classes of people exist: the very wealthy, who live on a pristine man-made space station called Elysium, and the rest, who live on an overpopulated, ruined planet. The people of Earth are desperate to escape the crime and poverty that is now rampant throughout the land. The only man with the chance to bring equality to these worlds is Max (Matt Damon), an ordinary guy in desperate need to get to Elysium. With his life hanging in the balance, he reluctantly takes on a dangerous mission – one that pits him against Elysium's Secretary (Jodie Foster) and her hard-line forces. Diego Luna, Sharlto Copley, Alice Braga and William Fichtner are also part of the cast.
Still looks good to me.

Filth     HD720p 27MB
Full redband trailer from the UK for this adaptation of a novel by Irvine Welsh (Trainspotting) that again earns its colour. It's about a scheming, bigoted and corrupt policeman (James McAvoy), who is in line for a promotion and will stop at nothing to get what he wants. Enlisted to solve a brutal murder and threatened by the aspirations of his colleagues (Jamie Bell among them), he sets about ensuring their ruin, right under the nose of the unwitting Chief Inspector. As he turns his colleagues against one another he starts to lose himself in a web of deceit that he can no longer control. His past is slowly catching up with him, and a missing wife, a crippling drug habit and suspicious colleagues start to take their toll on his sanity. Also part of the cast are Jim Broadbent, Eddie Marsan, Joanne Froggatt, Imogen Poots and Kate Dickie.
McAvoy tends to look so innocent. But he plays maniacal so well. Can't wait.

Drinking Buddies     HD480p 19MB   HD720p 90MB
Romantic, comedic drama about Kate (Olivia Wilde) and Luke (Jake Johnson) who work together at a craft brewery. They have one of those friendships that feels like it could be something more. But Kate is with Chris (Ron Livingston), and Luke is with Jill (Anna Kendrick). And Jill wants to know if Luke is ready to talk about marriage. The answer to that question becomes crystal clear when Luke and Kate unexpectedly find themselves alone for a weekend. Written and directed by Joe Swanberg (Hannah Takes the Stairs).
I like the fact that some of the directors who originally were labelled "mublecore" now get the chance to make similar low-key movies with more familiar faces and that seem to be a bit more structured.

jOBS     HD480p 15MB   HD720p 27MB
Biographical movie that starts in 1976, when college dropout Steve Jobs (Ashton Kutcher) heralded a revolution within the confines of his parents' garage. Jobs, along with friend and technical wizard Steve Wozniak (Josh Gad), unleashed the "homebrew" Apple 1 personal computer kit onto an unsuspecting public, producing 200 units by hand and shipping each one themselves (monitor and keyboard not included). Apple Inc. was born, and the world would never be the same. Also part of the cast are Dermot Mulroney, Lukas Haas, J. K. Simmons and Matthew Modine.
Trailer doesn't look as bad as feared. But according to festival reviews the movie is rather conventional and close to a hagiography of Jobs. Which might be just what the masses want.

The Boxtrolls     HD480p 12MB   HD720p 47MB
Early teaser for the next animated movie from Laika Studios (Coraline, ParaNorman) based on Alan Snow's novel "Here Be Monsters!". It tells the tale of the Boxtrolls, monsters who live underneath the charming streets of Cheesebridge, who crawl out of the sewers at night to steal what the townspeople hold most dear: their children and their cheeses. At least, that's the legend the townspeople have always believed. In truth, the Boxtrolls are a community of lovable oddballs who are raising as one of their own an abandoned and orphaned human boy named Eggs. When the Boxtrolls are targeted by a villainous exterminator who is bent on eradicating them, Eggs must venture aboveground to save them, where he teams with an adventurous young girl to save not only the Boxtrolls but the soul of Cheesebridge. Voices will be provided by Ben Kingsley, Isaac Hempstead-Wright, Elle Fanning, Jared Harris, Toni Collette, Nick Frost, Richard Ayoade, Tracy Morgan and Simon Pegg.
To be in theatres September next year.

The World's End     Feat HD720p 100MB
Five minutes featurette with scenes from the three movies and in which Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost talk a bit about the "Cornetto trilogy".
