I've become less interested in recent years in movies that make organised crime look cool, but this looks pretty good. I wonder if at one point the marketing department thought about using something along the lines "putting the Kray in crazy".

Along with a group of half-brained criminals (Owen Wilson among them) and a faulted heist plan, he manages the impossible and makes off with $17 million ... only problem is he foolishly hands the money over to this group of double-crossers and is set up to take the fall. Drama with comedic elements about identity in which a gifted a Palestinian Israeli boy is given the chance to go to a prestigious Jewish boarding school in Jerusalem. As he desperately tries to fit in with his Jewish schoolmates and within Israeli society, he develops a friendship with another outsider, a boy suffering from muscular dystrophy, and gradually becomes part of the home he shares with his mother. After falling in love with a Jewish girl, he leaves school when their relationship is uncovered, and he discovers that he will have to sacrifice his identity in order to be accepted. Directed by Eran Riklis (The Syrian Bride, Lemon Tree).
Interestingly, the US trailer makes it look like as if this is an almost entirely serious movie, while an earlier international trailer includes a lot more lighter scenes. They also changed the title in the US. Now in limited release in the US.
