Second trailer for the latest sci-fi action adventure written and directed by Andy and Lana Wachowski (Matrix trilogy, Speed Racer, Cloud Atlas). Jupiter Jones (Mila Kunis) was born under a night sky, with signs predicting that she was destined for great things. Now grown, she dreams of the stars but wakes up to the cold reality of a job cleaning other people's houses and an endless run of bad breaks. Only when a genetically engineered ex-military hunter (Channing Tatum), arrives on Earth to track her down does Jupiter begin to glimpse the fate that has been waiting for her all along. Sean Bean, Eddie Redmayne, Doona Bae and James D'Arcy are also part of the cast.
Still not sure if the story will make any sense. But they are going all out on the visual side and I'm also still thankful for every big budget movie that's at least somewhat original.

Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder (William Fichtner) and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April O'Neil (Megan Fox) and her wise-cracking cameraman (Will Arnett) to save the city and unravel Shredder's diabolical plan. Directed by Jonathan Liebesman (Wrath of the Titans, Battle Los Angeles).
I guess that means Fox made up with Hitler.

Romantic drama with comedic elements about a writer whose talent has dried up (Clive Owen) and an artist (Juliette Binoche), struggling to paint as her body betrays her. The two clash at the school where they teach, sparking both a flamboyant courtship and a school-wide war: which is more powerful, the Word or the Picture? Amy Brenneman is also part of the cast. Directed by Fred Schepisi (I.Q., The Russia House, Roxanne).
Looks nice, even though it's entirely clear how the story will develop. You can choose between the US and the UK trailer version. Both do a good job selling the movie. I recommend watching only one to avoid seeing too many scenes beforehand.

Extended redband trailer for this buddy action comedy about two struggling pals (Damon Wayans Jr., Jake Johnson) who dress as police officers for a costume party and become neighborhood sensations when they are suddenly mistaken for real cops. But when these newly-minted "heroes" get tangled in a real life web of mobsters and dirty detectives, they must put their fake badges on the line. Rob Riggle, Nina Dobrev, James D'Arcy and Andy Garcia are also part of the cast. Directed by Luke Greenfield (The Girl Next Door, Something Borrowed).
I think this qualifies as lowbrow. Johnson is more bearable when Zooey Deschanel is close by.
