Blade Runner 2049 HD720p 81MB HD1080p 149MB
First full trailer for the sequel that takes places thirty years after the events of the first film. A new blade runner, LAPD Officer K (Ryan Gosling), unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what's left of society into chaos. K's discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years. Very diverse cast includes Ana de Armas, Sylvia Hoeks, Robin Wright, Mackenzie Davis, Carla Juri, Lennie James, Barkhad Abdi, Hiam Abbass, Dave Bautista and Jared Leto. Directed by Denis Villeneuve (Arrival, Sicario, Incendies).
As mentioned before, usually I would nothing but roll my eyes at the thought of a sequel. But I was very impressed by Villeneuve's two most recent movies. And judging by the trailer, it should be worth a watch for the visuals alone.
Dunkirk HD720p 87MB HD1080p 162MB
Second full trailer for the latest movie written and directed by Christopher Nolan (Dark Knight trilogy, Interstellar, Inception). It is a war movie set during the Dunkirk evacuation in 1940 during World War II, when allied soldiers from Belgium, Britain, Canada and France were surrounded by the German army and evacuated during a fierce battle. Cast members include Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance, Kenneth Branagh, Cillian Murphy, James D'Arcy and Barry Keoghan.
War movies aren't exactly my favourite. But I very much appreciate it that Nolan makes another epic, stand-alone movie. In 2D.
Wonder Woman HD720p 96MB HD1080p 175MB
For completeness' sake, the final, action-packed trailer labelled "Rise of the Warrior" for the movie about Wonder Woman's origins, in which a WWI American hero fighter pilot (Chris Pine) crashes near a remote island inhabited by Greek female warriors. He is soon rescued by an Amazonian princess named Diana (Gal Gadot), who later decides to leave her secret sanctuary and return with him to his male-dominated world. Danny Huston, Robin Wright, Connie Nielsen, David Thewlis, Saïd Taghmaoui, Ewen Bremner, Lucy Davis and Elena Anaya are also part of the cast. Directed by Patty Jenkins (Monster).
Lost in London HD720p 19MB
A comic re-staging of one crazy night in Soho in 2002, that follows Woody Harrelson, playing himself, as he struggles to get home to his family after a scandal threatens to ruin his marriage. Run-ins with royalty, friends and the law all seem to conspire to keep him from succeeding.
Back in January, Harrelson directed and starred in an live feature-film event: a movie made on the fly, shot in real time in Central London in a single take and broadcast live to cinemas across the world. An interview and article about the film.
Bon Cop Bad Cop 2 HD720p 47MB
Short trailer for this action comedy sequel from Canada. Eight years after they first met, David Bouchard (Patrick Huard) and Martin Ward (Colm Feore) are once again forced to team up. The two police officers rediscover their friendship as they attempt to thwart a terrorist plot to export stolen cars transformed into bombs on wheels from Montreal to the United States.
Not really sure if the first movie was a hit outside Canada.

Date: 22 May 2017 17:55 (UTC)Trailer entries at the moment are a bit scarce because I spend too much time than what can probably be deemed healthy trying to follow the events in Washington. But I will try to catch up soon.
