Oldboy HD480p 28MB HD720p 55MB
Full trailer of the redband variety for the long gestating remake of the Korean movie (which itself was based on a manga comic) that will be directed by Spike Lee (Inside Man, 25th Hour, Jungle Fever). It's a brutal thriller that follows the story of an advertising executive (Josh Brolin) who is abruptly kidnapped and held hostage for 20 years in solitary confinement. When he is inexplicably released, he embarks on an obsessive mission to discover who orchestrated his bizarre and torturous punishment only to find he is still trapped in a web of conspiracy and torment. Elizabeth Olsen, Sharlto Copley, James Ransone and Samuel L. Jackson are also part of the cast.
Looks pretty solid. What you think about the necessity of doing a remake will probably depend on your knowledge about the original.
Seventh Son HD480p 20MB HD720p 91MB
Fantasy action adventure based on the novels from Joseph Delaney and directed by Russian Sergey Bodrov (Mongol). In a time long past, an evil is about to be unleashed that will reignite the war between the forces of the supernatural and humankind once more. Master Gregory (Jeff Bridges), the last of the Falcon Knights, had imprisoned the malevolently powerful witch, Mother Malkin (Julianne Moore), many years ago. But now she has escaped and is seeking vengeance. Summoning her followers of every incarnation, she is preparing to unleash her terrible wrath on an unsuspecting world. Only one thing stands in her way: Master Gregory. Also part of the cast are Ben Barnes, Alicia Vikander, Kit Harington, Olivia Williams, Antje Traue and Djimon Hounsou.
I love him, but I'm not sure if action movies are the right place for Bridges.

The timing is a bit unfortunate (or maybe it is timely) given recent confirmation of what already seemed highly likely, that various secret agencies around the world collect absolutely every digital communication in existence. But here's a documentary about the billion dollar corporations like Facebook, Apple and Google who collect all kinds of information, and by agreeing to their terms and conditions, you more or less literally sell your soul to the devil and allow them to do with that information whatever they want. It also makes the NSA job much easier since you already do the profiling yourself.
This disquieting exposé demonstrates how every one of us is incrementally opting-in to a real-time surveillance state, click by click and what, if anything, you can do about it.
Anchorman: The Legend Continues HD480p 87MB HD720p 101MB
Full trailer for the sequel, once again directed by Adam McKay (The Other Guys, Talladega Nights, Step Brothers). With the 70's behind him, San Diego's top rated newsman, Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell), returns to the news desk. Also back for more are Ron's co-anchor and wife, Veronica Corningstone (Christina Applegate), weather man Brick Tamland (Steve Carell), man on the street Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd) and sports guy Champ Kind (David Koechner) - all of whom won't make it easy to stay classy, while taking New York's first 24-hour news channel by storm. New to the cast are Kristen Wiig, James Marsden and Meagan Good, plus a boatload of cameos.
Diana HD480p 12MB HD720p 41MB
Teaser for this upcoming biopic to be directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel (Downfall, The Invasion, The Experiment). Just reading the official summary makes me feel a bit nauseous: Movie will take audiences into the private realm of one the world's most iconic and inescapably public women - the Princess of Wales, Diana (Naomi Watts) - in the last two years of her meteoric life. On the occasion of the 16th anniversary of her sudden death, it explores her final rite of passage: a secret love affair with Pakistani heart surgeon Hasnat Khan (Naveen Andrews), the human complications of which reveal the Princess's climactic days in a compelling new light.

A 15-minute featurette about various aspects of the movie. But I mainly wanted to mention, in case other people were curious too, that all reviews indicate that it's a great spectacle, but story and (human) characters are secondary.
